Kathryn is a trusted psychologist with nearly four decades of experience in private practice. As the founder of Greenaway, Theis & Associates, Dr. Greenaway is known for her calm presence, deep clinical wisdom, and her ability to create a relaxed, respectful environment where clients feel genuinely heard.
Dr. Greenaway offers a wide range of services—including individual therapy, clinical supervision, and psychological assessments—with a particular focus on supporting adults through transitions, reflective work, and complex emotional concerns. She also remains an active mentor to therapists in earlier stages of practice.
Dr. Greenaway’s approach is integrative, meaning she draws from several therapeutic modalities to tailor each session to the client’s needs. With a warm but direct manner, she helps clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their personal strengths, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Her sessions are welcoming and down-to-earth—clients often describe her as insightful, steady, and anything but "clinical."
