Serving Individuals & Couples | Based in Ontario
Natalia is a thoughtful, compassionate therapist who supports individuals and couples navigating the emotional challenges of everyday life. Her approach is grounded in attachment theory, informed by research and experience, and rooted in a belief that healing begins when we feel safe—in our relationships, in our bodies, and within ourselves.
With a gentle presence and reflective nature, Natalia offers a space where clients can explore patterns that no longer serve them and begin to develop new ways of connecting—with others and with themselves.
Natalia’s work is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply client-centered. She believes therapy is not about fixing what’s broken—but uncovering the resilient, capable parts of ourselves that may have gone quiet through life’s challenges.
Clients working with Natalia can expect sessions that blend insight with practical tools, curiosity with empathy. Her style is collaborative and calming, helping clients slow down, reflect, and build emotional clarity at their own pace.
Natalia draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
Attachment-Based Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Polyvagal-Informed & Trauma-Informed Practice

She works with adults (20+) and couples, and is particularly attuned to clients seeking support with:
